Q: Can I return my purchase?

A: Since our items are uniquely handmade in small quantities we are unable to accept returns. If we have made a mistake on your order, please contact us at info@fourteafour.com. Please see our full return policy here.

 

Q: Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

A: We do not accept exchanges.

 

Q: How much is shipping?

A: The shipping price will be calculated based on the weight of the items in your basket. Please see our full shipping policy here.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We aim to ship all products out within 5 business days of placing your order. USPS will usually deliver in 1-3 business days after receiving the item. Please see our full shipping policy here.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, however free shipping only applies to mainland US. 

 

Q: Are your herbal teas safe for consumption?

A: All of our herbal teas are made with 100% natural herbs and are safe for consumption. However, you should always consult with a medical practitioner before using any herbal products if you are on medication, breastfeeding or pregnant.

 

Q: Can the tea soaks be ingested?

A: NO, tea soaks contain epsom salt, inedible flowers/herbs and essential oils so they should NOT be ingested. 

 

Q: Can the oils be ingested?

 A: We do NOT recommend ingesting oils because some blends contain inedible flowers/herbs and/or essential oils.

 

Q: Can I use your products if I am pregnant?

A: We do not advise that you the herbal teas and tea soaks without clearance from your medical practitioner.

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
